Evolution of awareness

Well!  So long time and Welcome!! A little analysis and exploration .

We know we are complex beings with a lot of complex biology inside our body. When we think about coacervates (very first formed primitive cell) which is a first living cell or we could say first living body long time ago. The cell that functions with a lot of organelles inside has the cell membrane that permits the outer world influences inside. Those particular primitive cells have gone through evolutionary changes and the aggregation of cells made tissues and finally is now functional as an organ and body. With all this development, the nature had played an important role to sustain this functional substance (bodies) and made all this way long.

We (the sentient beings) have been facing different moments, situations or challenges from external world which is a part of natural evolution like the simple cell tries to check and balance the foreign materials inside it. Cells always check the materials in its wall and only permit the useful solutes as well as the needful constituents. But, one fact about it is that cell could not control the substances at outside of its existence. Now, we may feel little easy to understand . Similar to that simple cell functioning, our worries and stress might be same.  The external negative influence that is outside our control must not enter inside. Our body similar to that simple cell is capable to check the certain  negative situation and our bitter experiences.

As the biological functioning of every creatures continues in this world, the functioning of the emotional intelligence and character of humans might be in the evolving stage. This may be self continuing and may be the  driver of our existence. If only so, we may need to observe, accept, analyze and check the influences around us and perceive them accordingly that will  grow us up.

Pseudo Democracy

The rights and equality of peoples and development of every sector is the main priority of governing body of any country. To ensure the rights of people and to discard autocracy by abolishing tyranny, many countries in the world had gone through their own level of struggle. In some countries the people’s voice was portrayed in the law and rule of law was efficient whereas in some countries, political chaos and dispute was the outcome. But most of the countries now are practicing democracy. The people’s agendas, duties are represented in the law of the respective countries. Nepal is practicing the federal republic democracy for the first time in our history. Recently, the promulgation of the constitution in Nepal by more than two third constitution assembly members shows the mutual understanding between the parties (though they have prioritized various agendas) to end the transition phase of the country followed by the effect of recent big earthquake. In that sense, the move taken to...

"Exploring Beliefs Amidst Chaos" A book review.

Review By Pratima Gurung Book: Exploring Beliefs Amidst Chaos Author: Bikash Bhandari Genre: Philosophy, Personal Development, Self- help. Exploring Beliefs Amidst Chaos is a philosophical and self-help exploration of how belief systems shape our experience in an age marked by uncertainty, distraction, and rapid change. The book inspires readers to think for themselves instead of blindly following others’ beliefs. The book is neither deeply academic nor strictly theological. Instead, it presents a balanced mixture of self-discovery, personal meaning, philosophical ideas, practical reflection, and spiritual grounding without being confined to a rigid religious framework. This makes the book accessible to a wide range of readers. One of the most interesting ideas in the book is the definition of belief as a “living inquiry”—a continuous process of questioning and refinement. Through this perspective, the book shows how beliefs can support individuals in finding clarity, purpose, and inne...
