I don’t want to waffle much in this blog. And I don’t want to be luscious about this burning subject as well. As we know that we are in the process of making new constitution. It seems like constitution is the cynosure these days. We believe that we must be careful in drafting the constitution because it is the voice of every people in our country and it will last for many years. It means we should be visionary in process to come up with the new constitution. We have to do long research of years which we have been doing since many years. But, we have to do this, only if the constitution will be a sustainable one and if it will last for a century. But, we have a bitter experience in the past. We desired new constitution not more than 15 years of time after previous constitution in 2048 has been drafted. Now, we have already spent 15 years in this new process. I observed the SAARC summit recently held in Kathmandu. Head of south Asian countries were satisfied and thanked Nepal as hosting the summit successfully. We also saw the decoration of the valley. The condition of road was perfect for the meeting. Escorting the leaders was outstanding. Indian Prime minister grabs more attention than others. Obviously, he seemed as if one of the influential leaders of Nepal if we analyse the cheerful attitude of Nepali people towards him. Anyway, that is not the focal point of my observation because our country is far more time smaller than India and he was the new emerging and diplomatic leader who influenced by his act almost in the world. Indian prime minister during the visit of SAARC summit said, “We won’t interfere Nepal in constitution making process. In Nepal, we have got uncountable problems. Anyone could point out the problems facing in the country. The delay in constitution making process has become a story from years. The Medias are still shooting the daily episodes of “Constituent Assembly” which has got 601 different characters running to nowhere.  Some of the main characters are making a trip to resorts passing the way of ministry of foreign affairs. They might feel proud of themselves watching those queues and the garbage at the road side. The frustrating situation of the airport, problems on the youth management has become the normal problem. Decentralization of power throughout the country doesn't seems effective. Entrepreneurs and private companies seems to be lacking the facilitation from the government. Let’s start from the beginning. Beginning of what? It would be fruitful if we begin from the place where we are living right now. OK! Earth. Earth one of the planets, where we live which we call everything. Whatever we do, whatever we search, whatever we find is on earth. We can shape a portion of earth as our wish for our benefit. We are the wise and powerful animal who is conscious of our actions.  Let’s just not go directly to the solution how to live in a meaningful manner. Lets wonder at first. It might be a long procedure. Let’s analyze the situation first. Let’s find out what methods are adopted till now. The problems and the solution of human species in this planet are not explained in an effective way though as said by everyone. We believe that these matters addressed in many holy books which we respect to greater extent and we follow it. We observe many answers and explanations from different beliefs. A different part of earth consists of different peoples and they u
